Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy software from AQELVRYN (“AQELVRYN”, “we”) at aqelvryn.com. By completing checkout you agree to them.

1. What you're buying

Each purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, install and use the software you bought, for your own personal or business use, on computers you own or control. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publish the software or your licence key.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Currency conversions shown on the site are estimates only. The final amount is shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your full card details.

3. Delivery

Software is delivered digitally. After payment is confirmed you receive an order page with a download link and licence key and, where email delivery is enabled, an email with the same details. Each download link is valid for 7 days and 5 downloads; you can issue fresh links from your order page.

5. Refunds and your consumer rights

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. See our refund policy. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

6. Refunded or disputed orders

If a payment is refunded, reversed or disputed, the licence and download for that order are deactivated.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and except for rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to supplying the software again or refunding the price you paid.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
